Mechanical Designer / Draftsperson

Our client is after an early to mid-career drafter that is looking to specialise in the innovative area of industrial plastics. Understanding that there are not a lot of drafters out there experienced in this sector, our client is looking to hire for attitude and train for skill, with on-the-job training included! So, if you are looking for an employer that is ready and willing to invest in you as much as you are in them, then apply today!

Our client is an industry leader in the design and manufacture of conveyor improvement systems, in the areas of conveyor productivity and safety. Your new role will see you providing bespoke solutions to ports, mining, process, sugar and power generation industries, so you must feel comfortable asking questions where needed and have the humility to sense of humour to handle instruction whilst learning.

A fantastic employer that leads by example, our client consistently exceeds expectations for service excellence and are looking for the same in their next new team member. Joining a team of 4 drafters, you will enjoy working in a small team environment, with autonomy and accountability. You will ideally be an AutoCAD expert in 2D and 3D, and knowledgeable in Australian Standards and structural steel applications.

So, if you are personable, presentable, and committed to levelling up in your career, then we want to hear from you today!
